Shipping policy

It is the responsibility of the buyer to input the correct shipping address.  Please confirm your address before completing your purchase.

All our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. Western Royalty LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages/orders. If your tracking information states that the item has been delivered to the order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. 

Duties & International orders: Western Royalty LLC is not in control of any international tariffs or duties. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items in your order. If taxes, fees, or duties are imposed on your order by officials, it is your responsibly to pay the fee.
